Showcase is a software platform that connects investors who are new to investing in startups, and experienced business angels and VCs that share their deal flow. Fully based on our 5+ years of doing angel investments, it streamlines and optimizes an internal flow of all the processes related to investing: deal sourcing, due diligence, market research and analysis, as well as portfolio management and post-investment reporting.
Built with two deal-making drivers in mind
- SyndicatorsThey source deals and perform all the necessary research on the prospective companies. Syndicators share their expertise with other investors and invite them to invest in their deal flow.
- Regular investorsThey are focused on evaluating opportunities and keeping track of their investments. They need tools to easily access the most comprehensive set of data that is possible, compare it to market benchmarks and share with peers.
Single Database of Projects
Syndicator adds companies from their pipeline as Projects into the database. There is a detailed segmentation by industry, geos, stage, as well as standard requirements to data disclosure so only vetted companies get their profiles.
Deal Publishing
Once company is raising a round, a Deal entity is created inside the Project, with the results of Due Diligence structures as scored parameters and important metrics that are up to date. All investors with a focus on project's industry will get a notification that there is a new open Deal that is avaliable to review. Syndicator is able to manage this interest into commitments.
Syndicator's dashboard
Syndicator has tools to manage his published deals, track investor's interest and update everyone involved on the ongoing deal closing process. Exportable automated reporting allows its syndicator not only to track his activity, but also to confidently share his traction with any peers outside the platform.
My Investments
Investor's dashboard to manage the portfolio. Investors can access real-time valuation data for their entire portfolio and individual companies. The platform calculates the return on investment (ROI) over time, providing users with critical performance metrics such as capital gains, internal rate of return (IRR), and multiple on invested capital (MOIC).

As the former CTO of SegmentStream and Tech Lead at GeekBrains (Mail.ru Group), Kirill excels in building robust development processes and implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems.
